This is sent every Thursday at 3:30 p.m. and the deadline is the Monday prior by 4 p.m. Also, we usually like to receive the events at least 2-3 weeks prior to the event to give the bulletin editors sufficient time to include them in their weekly bulletins.
The only events we include on the diocesan website or facebook are those events sponsored by one of our offices.
