Event Planning


We try to accommodate all the parish ministry groups and make time and space for all of our parish programs and events.  This is one of the biggest challenges of any active parish.  Pre-planning is essential and having a clear understanding of the impact one event or group has on another helps keep schedule conflicts minimized.

Our annual parish calendar starts with getting all the Masses onto the calendar. The liturgical life of the parish is the core of who we are and the mission of every Catholic parish. Secondly, we want to build up the Catholic faith and evangelize all generations. Thus we put our faith formation programs on the calendar.

Once the liturgical and formation and primary parish life activities are on the calendar, we open up to ministry groups and activities who can request time and space for their group activities.  Cooperation is an essential between groups, group leaders and parish staff and clergy.

Facility Request Form

Please use the form and fill it out as completely as possible and then submit it to the parish office for review. We need to know several things:

  1. Name of Event
  2. Is it a fundraising activity?
  3. Dates of the event including set up, event itself and clean up.
  4. Set up times in minutes or hours
  5. Start time
  6. End time
  7. Clean up in minutes or hours
  8. Estimated number of attendees:

  5. Hall: There are three sections so be very clear about your needs. Some groups are compatible and some groups are not when it comes to the type of activities or noise levels or confidentiality of their activities.
    1. Hall North Section (facing Bell Road)
    2. Hall Center section (has a stage and large screen for presentations)
    3. Hall South section (near the back dirt lot

  9. Offsite:  Yes, we need to know about events that are planned offsite, so that that we do not have two large and competing events at the same time on the same day.

Ministry Groups

Ministries and Groups are responsible for their own set-up and clean-up. Please return the space you use to the same or better condition than you found it.
Keys and Alarm Codes

Ministries and Groups must arrange with the office during normal office hours to sign out a key and get the alarm code if necessary prior to the event. The Key must be returned the following business day (no Saturdays or Sundays).
